.Double Diamond Suite honors Ruby Pearl Diamond and her father Julius Diamond.  Mr. Diamond was Chairman of the Leon County Commission for 10 years.  Ruby Diamonds grandfathers home was located at the site of Park Plaza Hotel in 1903.
