"Everyone can't go to Washington. If you can't, I encourage you to attend THE SIDEWALK AND DRIVE-BY TEA PARTY at your STATE CAPITOL. Is there one at your state Capitol? Of course there is.  No permit is needed for you to EXPRESS YOURSELF on the sidewalk of your state capitol. You don't need permission to DRIVE-BY your state capitol, county courthouse, city hall or other government building do you?

Over 2,000 folks attended.  Over 600 requests for the City of Tallahassee to form a utility board were signed.  Over 1,500 Taxpayer Protection Amendment petitions were signed.  WCTV report April 16.
